Catherine Pearson, BA (Hons)
Chief Operating Officer Catherine has over 15 years’ leadership experience in operations and business development, predominantly within the healthcare sector.
Catherine’s career to date has afforded her a wealth of varied experience, from leading on contractual and operational delivery of NHS services within the independent sector, to operating theatre capacity and performance management, to new market entry and large-scale tenders. Catherine has a passion for leadership and people development, embedding a culture that motivates individuals to deliver to the highest standard. Catherine possesses strong stakeholder engagement and alliance management skills, and is experienced at working with clinicians to deliver on governance and quality requirements. Catherine led the operational set up of Renexxion Ireland Ltd, establishing a solid network of local suppliers and advisers, and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the company, alliance management, and leadership of the team on the ground in Ireland. |
